Every session is for women only, taught by a woman. It's a space where you can move freely and feel at ease.

Some sessions are camera friendly and some are camera free. You choose your preference when you request your sessions, and it will be shown in your confirmation. Your wishes are always respected.
Please check with your doctor or healthcare provider first. Then tell me in your health questionnaire so I can adjust the session for you.
Yes. You'll receive a short waiver and health questionnaire with your confirmation. Please complete them before your first session.
Founding sessions are complimentary. In return, I'd love your honest feedback and a short testimonial.
Please release your spot at least 24 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email, so another woman can take it.
You'll get a "You're in" email right away, then your final details 3 to 5 days before your class at the latest.
